This Japanese Frying Pot is so nice with the lid drain net feature. Sure beats draining the tofu on a paper towel 😂. Great for frying egg rolls too! Link to it in the bio.

Earlier this week I made Beef Spare Ribs Soup using the Instant Pot. It was so easy and flavorful that I decided to share this easy and quick recipe with you! Please go to the blog for full recipe! Link in bio.

It's a bit chilly in Orlando today. Made a quick Chicken Vegetable with 🍋 soup in the IP. It was so satisfying 😌 and the lemon added great zesty flavor 😋. I used Rotisserie chicken from Costco so IP wasn't really needed, but why not? 🤷‍♀️ Lunch in 30 minutes.

Beef Short Ribs for a quick dinner tonight. Got these beautiful short ribs from Sam's Club. Used the same marinade recipe (minus the Dark Soy Sauce) for my Thịt Nướng. Baked in the oven at 425 F for 15 to 20 minutes, flip half way. Broil High for 1 to 2 minutes in the end for that beautiful color.
